How long does it take to ship books to me after I've requested them?

For online and distance learning students, we process book requests the day after you request them and then ship them out. You will receive an email notification in your Norwich email from the Library when the book is shipped.

Most books take about a week to reach their destination; it may be sooner or later depending on your location.
