Why am I being asked for a library card number when I try to access a Gale database from off-campus?

You've found the Gale login page! This page typically shows up if you haven't already been authenticated for our Gale databases while you're off campus. 

To login, please use the Sign in with Microsoft option (we do not have library card or password authentication set up). You will be prompted to login to SSO using your Norwich University email address and password, and then redirected to the page you were trying to access.
